Should require any assistance once your system is implemented and you receive your training, we will still be available to provide you with excellent technical support. Daily support hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.

Two support programs are available: Priority Services and Standard Services. Priority Services grant you unlimited technical support, as well as the ability to request call-backs via email when lines are busy. You can also leave a message after hours, and we will return your call the next day during regular business hours. Standard Services provide you with the same top-notch technical support (minus the abilities to request a call-back and leave a message) up to 24 hours per one year term.
