Technical Support services will be provided by telephone or on-line and will be available between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, except for national holidays.
Understanding your Support Options
PRIORITY SERVICES shall include program updates, telephone call backs and e-mail reply as well as UNLIMITED hours of telephone support via a Toll-Free telephone number. If you have an urgent issue during support hours and find the phone lines busy, you can leave a request for a call back via e-mail or by calling 800-423-8836 or faxing 618-692-9635. After normal hours, you may send an e-mail or recorded message and you will be contacted the next business day.
STANDARD SERVICES shall include program updates but will NOT include any telephone call backs or e-mail reply. In addition, with Standard Services, you must call AMS at 618-692-1377 for any technical support and you will be LIMITED to a total of 24 hours per each one year term of this agreement. Any hours in excess of 24 will be billed at the rate of $25.00 per quarter hour or any fraction of a quarter hour.
Helpful Hardware Hints
If your office is planning to install or
upgrade any computers, peripherals or networking that may
require assistance from the AMS technical support staff,
we strongly advise you call us ahead of time to coordinate having one of our staff
available when your IT/Hardware person will be in your office.
This should help the installation go quicker and reduce
the time the hardware person is at your office, which saves you money!
